Our Gratitude to Dr. Schor

We expressed our gratitude on June 19 to Daughters of Israel’s Medical Director, Dr. Joshua Schor, who has been caring for our residents since 1992. Although Dr. Schor has stepped down from his current role, he has assumed the role of Medical Director Emeritus and will continue to see patients on our short-term unit. He is also working with Dr. Muthu Arunachalam (or Dr. Arun, as we all call him), a member of our medical team for many years, who has assumed the role of Medical Director. We thank Dr. Schor for all of his years of outstanding service and dedication to our Home. He is a true role model when it comes to “Humanism in Healthcare” and we wish him the best as he embarks on a new chapter in his life, at Optum!
